Australian Eco Constructions was established in 1995 by builder/developer Karl Plunkett. Based in Broome Western Australia, the company specialises in providing sustainable living systems and work places suited to tropical living.
Eco Constructions embraces a unique method of building governed by a code of environmental practice. The steel framework of our buildings is pre-fabricated in Perth and delivered in ‘kit’ form.
The kit system of construction is used in our residential, commercial
and tourism developments, saving time, resources and money.
A great deal of care is taken during the design stage to ensure that all structures built on site contribute to the long-term sustainability of the development. Priority is given to utilising and maximising the natural ‘capital’ of the building site, such as wind and sun and minimising impact on the surrounding environment.
