Tourism development is probably the most exciting and challenging part of Eco Constructions’ work. Over the last fifteen years, we have been involved in numerous tourism developments in and around Broome, ranging from the award-winning ‘Broome’s Last Resort’ backpacker hostel to ‘Eco Beach’ Wilderness Retreat at Cape Villaret -133 kilometres south of Broome.

Our philosophy promotes designing a completely integrated living/holiday system that:

blends in with the surrounding environment;
is aesthetically appealing; is ecologically sustainable;
is cost efficient;
is low maintenance.

This requires taking into consideration all the power, water and waste requirements so that the best systems are used for each specific site. Developing visitor impact strategies to ensure that the development is ecologically sustainable is also part of our expertise and we have years of experience in operating within heritage and cultural guidelines.
